Protean Consulting is a glocal consulting firm that supports leaders in social enterprises, governmental and non-governmental institutions as well as development agencies in finding solutions to their most significant challenges and identifying opportunities for change through evaluation, capacity development, research, and data analytics. Our belief

We believe that good intention is not enough to drive change. Sustainable change is achievable when all concerned stakeholders collaborate deeply to develop realistic solutions to complex problems. In a world of pre-conceived solutions that try to find problems to solve, thorough understanding of a problem is the first step to finding contextualized and holistic solutions that will likely work. As such, evaluative thinking and reflective practices are essential to get to the root cause of a problem and to avoid designing incomplete interventions.
